Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Systems Architect to join our Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the architecture of complex, scalable systems that support our hybrid infrastructure and diverse application ecosystem. You will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration across on-premises and cloud environments, while maintaining high standards of security, performance, and reliability.

Your contributions will include defining architectural frameworks, guiding modernization efforts for legacy Microsoft-based systems, and ensuring interoperability between SQL, MongoDB, and MERN-based applications. You will also play a key role in shaping our multi-cloud strategy across Azure, AWS, and Linode, and provide technical leadership to development teams through mentorship and architectural governance.

Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient systems across hybrid environments (on-prem, Azure, AWS, Linode).
• Develop integration strategies for SQL and MongoDB backends and MERN-based web applications.
• Modernize legacy Microsoft technologies and ensure compatibility with contemporary frameworks.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement architectural patterns and design principles.
• Oversee API design and integration for seamless data flow across platforms.
• Establish and enforce governance for CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Conduct architectural reviews and provide technical guidance to engineering teams.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
• Document architectural decisions, frameworks, and operational procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in systems architecture and enterprise-level design.
• Strong expertise in hybrid infrastructure design (on-prem and multi-cloud environments).
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#) and modernization strategies.
• Experience with SQL Server and MongoDB, including schema design and optimization.
• Familiarity with MERN stack applications and integration patterns.
• Deep understanding of architectural principles, design patterns, and security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, and Linode cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps methodologies, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to mentor teams.
