Job Descriptions:

Main Purpose of the Role

As a System Architect (DevOps), will play a critical role in defining and governing the technical architecture that underpins Ragnar's product portfolio. This role owns the end-to-end design of scalable, secure, and interoperable systems, sets engineering standards, and guides the technology roadmap in support of Ragnar's Mission 2026 to become an AI-native B2B company including DevOps strategy, cloud infrastructure, and automation practices. The role works closely with Product teams to ensure architectural decisions translate into reliable, high-performing systems in production.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Architect and optimize scalable and secure Cloud Infrastructure to support Cyber Security Platform development.

• Design, implement, and maintain highly available CI/CD pipelines to automate software deployment and delivery.

• Develop and enforce Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance, security, and reliability through logging and monitoring solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).

• Implement containerization and orchestration strategies using Docker and Kubernetes to enhance system scalability.

• Collaborate with Software Engineering, Security, and IT teams to integrate DevOps methodologies and improve development workflows.

• Conduct security hardening of DevOps pipelines, ensuring compliance with best practices and industry regulations.

• Research and evaluate new DevOps tools and technologies to improve automation, performance, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in System Architect, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or related roles, with proven experience in team leadership.

• Strong expertise in AWS services and cloud infrastructure architecture.

• In-depth knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation tools (e.g., GitLab), and DevOps best practices.

• Solid understanding of software development processes and relevant programming or scripting languages.

• Experience in applying AI or advanced automation techniques within a DevOps or operations environment is highly desirable.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and knowledge of ISO/IEC 29110 standards will be an advantage.
