System Architect Tech Lead

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are looking for a technical leader to help shape the software behind Toyota's next-generation mobility solutions. Whether your strength is leading teams or designing systems at scale, you will have real influence over what we build and how the team grows.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead the technical direction of our products and mentor the engineering team

• Design scalable, reliable system architecture

• Drive quality and engineering best practices

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experience: 6+ years of software development, including a Tech Lead or Architect role

• Knowledge: strong system design — architecture, APIs, and scalability

• Tech stack: hands-on with Go, React, and Flutter, plus AWS and Kubernetes (Terraform, CI/CD)

NICE TO HAVE

• AI/ML proficiency beyond user-level

• Experience building large-scale platforms

• A track record of mentoring and growing engineers

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Good command of English — written and spoken — is required (TOEIC at least 600)

• Willingness to travel for on-site work (domestic and international) as needed

• Flexibility to support the team during critical delivery periods
