Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Automation Tester with strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver using Java and a passion for building robust, scalable test automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• Build and enhance automation frameworks for web and API testing.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and automation coverage.
• Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify defects and performance issues.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Implement test reporting and monitoring solutions for clear visibility into test execution and quality metrics.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in automation testing.
• Work actively in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of test automation experience with a heavy focus on Selenium WebDriver and Java.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns for test automation.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., RestAssured or similar).
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD integration tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Strong proficiency with version control systems (Git).
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
