System Compliance Engineer

Responsibilities：

• Build and iterate supply chain systems, policies, and processes across procurement, supplier management, warehousing, logistics, and planning.
• Diagnose and optimize processes to remove bottlenecks, streamline approvals, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Establish routine audits to ensure compliance, close corrective actions, and mitigate risks.
• Deliver tiered training to drive system understanding and effective execution.

Requirements：

• Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid capabilities in system development, process optimization, policy formulation, and internal control; familiar with the end-to-end supply chain process; able to independently conduct supply chain system diagnostics, optimization, and audits; proficient in Excel, Visio, and similar tools.
• Familiar with internal control and compliance requirements for listed companies, IATF 16949, and ISO 9001 standards.
• Rigorous logical thinking, strong integrity, and a high sense of responsibility; excellent process mapping, root cause analysis, and communication and coordination skills; capable of supporting system audits and corrective action implementation.
• Strong communication skills in English, and Chinese Mandarin(Need report to HQ China); proficient in mainstream office software.
