System Configuration Engineer

About the role

This is a two (2)-year fixed-term contract position working in person. You will configure insurance products, coverages, limits, deductibles, rates, fees, taxes, and rules within the Sapiens system, while maintaining product and reference data across system environments.

Key responsibilities

• Configure insurance products, coverages, limits, deductibles, rates, fees, taxes, and rules
• Configure workflows, approval levels, user roles, forms, and validations
• Maintain product and reference data across system environments
• Prepare test data and assist in validating configured insurance products
• Work with Business Analysts, insurance users, developers, and Sapiens consultants
• Document configuration changes clearly

About you

• Graduate of Information Technology, Business Administration, Insurance, Mathematics, Accounting, or any related course
• Willing to learn Sapiens product configuration tools
• Willing to undergo Sapiens training
• Good understanding of non-life insurance products and processes
• Familiar with quotations, policies, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, billing, or claims
• Strong attention to detail and ability to understand business rules
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured data
