System Controller

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized System Controller who will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and managing company systems, records, and system-related processes. The role involves ensuring that data and system information are accurate, updated, properly monitored, and accessible to authorized personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain company systems, databases, and digital records.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updating of system data.
• Track system transactions, records, and activities.
• Prepare and maintain system reports, logs, and documentation.
• Coordinate with different departments regarding system-related concerns and requirements.
• Identify data inconsistencies, errors, or system issues and coordinate with the appropriate team for resolution.
• Monitor system access and ensure proper handling of system information.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining system procedures and controls.
• Support users with basic system-related concerns and troubleshooting.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of system-related records.
• Assist in system updates, testing, and implementation of new processes or features.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of company data and system information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering Course or a related field.
• With experience in system administration, data management, system monitoring, or a related role is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, or business management software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and with different departments.
• Willing to learn new systems, software, and technologies.

Work Setup

Full-Time | On-Site | 8 AM to 5 PM
