What they need
- Maintain and update daily operational data and records accurately.
- Monitor parcel status, including pending, problem, return and delivery status.
- Follow up on pending or problematic parcels with the Operations Team.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
- Record and monitor customer complaints and ensure proper follow-up.
- Ensure all data entered into the system is accurate, complete and up to date.
- Assist management in preparing reports and basic data analysis.
- Coordinate with Operations, Dispatchers and Riders regarding parcel and operational issues.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of operational records.
- Perform other administrative duties and tasks assigned by the management.
