What they need
- Design and develop BMS and ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, FDAS, PA, Intercom, and Structured Cabling/Network Infrastructure.
- Conduct site inspections and review project requirements and technical specifications.
- Prepare system designs, schematics, floor plans, single-line diagrams, and shop drawings.
- Prepare equipment specifications, cost estimates, and design proposals.
- Coordinate with clients, manufacturers, Sales, and Project teams.
- Attend technical meetings, pre-bid meetings, and manufacturer trainings.
- Provide technical support during project implementation and ensure design requirements are met.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in ELV, BMS, or system design is an advantage.
- Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, FDAS, PA, and Structured Cabling.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and technical drawings.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to conduct site inspections and attend project meetings.
