SYSTEM DESIGNER (TECHNICAL COORDINATOR)

About the role

We are seeking a highly communicative and proactive System Designer (Technical Coordinator) to serve as the vital technical bridge between our cross-functional teams. Your primary mission will be to ensure seamless communication and technical alignment between the Project Manager (PM) / System Analysts (SA) in Taiwan and the Programmers (PG) in the Philippines, ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into high-quality technical deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical liaison between PM/SAs in Taiwan and the Philippine development team
• Coordinate the handover of functional specifications and clarify technical requirements
• Assist System Analysts in communicating and negotiating technical requirements with stakeholders
• Translate business logic and functional specifications into technical architecture, database structures, and API guidelines
• Identify communication gaps and technical bottlenecks proactively
• Ensure development outputs meet established quality and technical standards
• Provide technical guidance and support to programmers throughout the development lifecycle
• Review and provide feedback on technical design documents and system specifications

About you

• 3+ years of experience as a System Designer, Senior Developer, Technical Coordinator, or similar role
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proactive, outgoing, and comfortable working with different teams and stakeholders
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese — listening, speaking, reading, and writing
• Strong understanding of system architecture and database design (SQL/NoSQL)
• Knowledge of API specifications and integration concepts
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar
• Ability to read, write, review, and critique System Design Specifications (SDS)
• Must be willing to participate in 1–2 weeks of on-site practical training in Taiwan every two months
