System Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable systems that power our logistics operations. You will play a key role in developing solutions for transportation management, warehouse operations, and real-time tracking, while ensuring system reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain core logistics platforms (e.g., order management, routing, tracking systems)
• Lead architecture decisions for scalable and high-performance applications
• Collaborate with product managers, operations teams, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Optimize systems for real-time data processing (e.g., shipment tracking, fleet monitoring)
• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth
• Integrate third-party services (e.g., mapping APIs, payment systems, ERP/WMS)
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes and system performance.
