We are looking for a System Engineer to take a significant role in leading the end-to-end engineering process — from requirements definition, through system design and integration, to system testing, verification, and validation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, define, and manage system requirements.
• Write system specifications, design documents, and technical documentation.
• Define system architecture and derive requirements for subsystems.
• Lead integration processes and the integration of multiple subsystems.
• Work closely with Software, Hardware, Mechanics, Algorithms, and other engineering teams.
• Plan and execute system-level testing, verification, and validation processes.
• Analyze system performance, identify gaps and technical issues, and provide solutions.
• Manage engineering interfaces and work with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Participate in engineering reviews and development processes.
• Lead processes in a matrix environment while coordinating multiple interfaces and stakeholders.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical / Aerospace / Software / Computer Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or a similar engineering role involving complex systems.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Experience in defining, documenting, and managing technical requirements and specifications.
• Strong systems-level thinking and understanding of interfaces between subsystems.
• Proven ability to lead processes and work with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good technical English.
• Level 3 Security Clearance – Mandatory!

Advantages:

• Experience in the defense or aerospace industries, or with complex systems.
• Experience with C2 systems, radar, communications, airborne systems, or defense systems.
• Experience in system integration and system-level testing.
• Master’s degree in Systems Engineering.
• Experience with MATLAB, Python, or Excel.
• Experience leading experiments or verification and validation processes.
