System Engineer (Cloud)

About the role

This role involves managing, monitoring, and troubleshooting cloud and on-premises infrastructure to ensure system availability, performance, and security. You will administer Microsoft Azure services and support both Linux and Windows Server environments, while automating infrastructure tasks and supporting cloud migration initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot cloud and on-premises infrastructure to ensure system availability, performance, and security
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure services, including Virtual Machines, Virtual Network, Storage, Load Balancer, and Azure Monitor
• Manage and troubleshoot Linux and Windows Server environments
• Support application and web servers such as JBoss, Apache, and NGINX
• Handle daily incident, problem, and change management activities
• Automate infrastructure tasks using PowerShell, Bash, Azure CLI, or Terraform
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and coordinate with related technical teams
• Support cloud migration, infrastructure optimization, backup, and disaster recovery initiatives

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience in System Engineering, Infrastructure, or Cloud Engineering
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows Server
• Understanding of networking, security, IAM, backup, and high availability
• Experience with Terraform, PowerShell, Bash, or Azure CLI is a plus
• Experience with AWS/GCP, Docker, or Kubernetes is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
