System Engineer (Cloud)

Job Description System

1. Support and maintain Microsoft Azure Cloud and on-premise infrastructure, including Windows/Linux servers, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Application Gateway, WAF and application integration services. Perform monitoring and initial troubleshooting for Pod, Deployment, Service, Ingress, Backend Health, Health Probe, Routing, TLS/SSL Certificate, HTTP/HTTPS, REST API, Authentication, connectivity and timeout issues, and coordinate with related teams when required.
2. Support business applications running on Azure and on-premise environments, including troubleshooting application and infrastructure-related issues. Follow Incident, Change and Problem Management processes and support Production changes, deployment and maintenance activities.
3. Monitor and troubleshoot Azure Cloud services and system health, including Virtual Machine, Virtual Network, NSG, Storage, Key Vault, Azure Monitor and Log Analytics. Monitor alerts and system performance, perform initial troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
4. Support Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS) and Microsoft Entra ID integration, including User/Group administration, DNS, Group Policy, Domain Controller health, authentication, user synchronization, access management and basic Hybrid Identity troubleshooting.
5. Support application email services, including SendGrid, SMTP Server and SMTP Relay, and troubleshoot mail delivery issues such as SMTP connectivity, authentication, TLS, API Key, Relay configuration, Sender configuration, rejected messages and delivery errors.
6. Support Backup, Restore and Disaster Recovery activities according to established procedures, including periodic verification and recovery testing when required.
7. Maintain technical documentation, including system configuration, operational procedures, troubleshooting guides, configuration records and operational runbooks.
8. Continuously develop technical knowledge and skills related to Microsoft Azure, AKS, Application Gateway, WAF, API, Active Directory, Entra ID, SendGrid/SMTP and other technologies relevant to the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science or related filed.
• There are 5-8 years, Experience on Premise and Cloud
• Able to do Cloud design, evaluation , POC , implementation.
• Self-Motivation and Hard Working.
• Able to work some time on night and weekend by job duties
• Able to troubleshooting related to Cloud Services problem.
• Willing to self-study for Cloud knowledge and learn new knowledge from team.
• Good communication ,interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation,  and negotiation skill.
