System Engineer

Main Purpose:
Responsible for developing Energy Management Systems (EMS) for Energy Storage Systems. Identifying, evaluating, co-developing new ESS products and performing other engineering tasks to support company operations.

Principal Accountabilities:
1. EMS Product Development & Cost Optimization

• Develop and enhance EMS products (hardware and software) to meet customer needs.
• Control and reduce product costs while maintaining quality.
• Benchmark features and pricing against competitors.

2. EMS Installation & Integration

• Installation and testing of EMS integrated with solar and electrical systems per customer contracts.
• Control project scope, timeline, and budget.

3. Technical Documentation & Support

• Prepare user manuals and technical documentation for ESS and EMS products.
• Provide technical support to customers, partners, and internal teams.

4. Other Duties

• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualification:

Formal Education:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering

(Work Experience) At least 5 years in these fields:

• Automation system development
• Electrical system design
• Engineering project execution
• Client liaison and technical troubleshooting

Specific Qualification for Position:

• Knowledge of PLC/SCADA/Automation systems
• Knowledge of power electrical systems
• Knowledge and experience in system development (hardware and software), as well as installation and testing related to Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), will be considered as a special advantage.

• PLC Ladder Diagram/ Structure Text
• AutoCAD/ Altium or equivalent
• Python/HTML/CSS will be considered as a special advantage.
• MS Office Programs

สมรรถนะที่จำเป็นในงาน (Functional Competencies):

• Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in both Thai and English; capable of communicating effectively in English (TOEIC score of 700 or higher).
• Possesses a positive and constructive mindset.
• Holds a valid driver's license and is able to travel to other provinces for work over periods of several days.
