System Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on Yokogawa DCS systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Conduct loop checks to identify potential issues before they become major problems, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Modbus, Profibus, and Profinet communication protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement preventative maintenance schedules and optimize system efficiency.

Job Requirements :

• 4-10 years of experience in industrial automation engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Yokogawa DCS systems, including programming and configuration.
• Experience with Modbus, Profibus, and Profinet communication protocols for industrial automation applications.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan

• DCS Logic Programming & Modifications
• Loop Checking / Loop Tuning
• Interlock & Cause-Effect Changes
• DCS Troubleshooting & Maintenance
• Commissioning and Startup Support
• Chemical / Petrochemical Plant Experience Preferred
