What they need
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, with strong troubleshooting and system administration experience.
- 4+ years of strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server, VMware, and Red Hat Linux, including installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Liaise with vendors and internal IT teams to resolve technical issues and support infrastructure projects and system upgrades.
- Experience in system troubleshooting, incident management, patching, and performance monitoring across enterprise environments.
- Willing to work in a 24/7 environment, including maintenance activities and participation in an on-call rotation.
