System Engineer

• Be responsible for the hardware and software operation of flow cytometers and their accessories. Experience in operating and maintaining cell sorting instruments will be given extra points.
• Be proficient in using application efficiency improvement tools for testing.
• Have a systematic thinking framework and experimental experience. Extra points will be given if one can independently solve specific complex problems.
• Be proficient in the process of preparing biological samples and handle waste samples in compliance.
• Be able to write English test plans, test cases, test reports, etc. Maintain data integrity and traceability. Keep the experimental process transparent and complete.
• Maintain the status of laboratory consumables and instruments, and other necessary daily operational work in the laboratory (such as environmental impact assessment).

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in biology, biomedical engineering or related fields. Candidates with a background in interdisciplinary areas such as electronics, optics and mechanics will be given priority;
• At least 5-8 years of working experience or above, with knowledge of biological experiment operations and the structure of instrument hardware.
• Skilled in logical thinking, able to conduct in-depth analysis of encountered problems and design experiments to investigate them;
• Have some experience in instrument testing or complex system testing;
• Work diligently and proactively, able to carry out tasks in a fast-paced and changing environment;
