About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated System Engineer to join our technical team at our Ambarnath location. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, servers, and network devices.
• Provide Level 1/Level 2 technical support to users.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, software, printers, and peripheral-related issues.
• Configure and manage Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and group policies.
• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN connectivity and basic network infrastructure.
• Perform system updates, patches, antivirus checks, and routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and other basic networking issues.
• Maintain IT asset records and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Ensure timely closure and proper documentation of support tickets.
• Follow company IT security policies and best practices.
• Assist with backup, endpoint security, and cybersecurity-related activities.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of Networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Good understanding of computer hardware and peripherals.
• Familiarity with antivirus/endpoint security solutions.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple technical issues.

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc./BCA/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
