System Engineer

About the role

Provide IT Helpdesk and end user support, including technical assistance on desktop/laptop/iPad and in-house applications to corporate users. Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows devices and applications, Apple/Mac devices and applications, and networking equipment such as network switches, routers and firewalls. Deploy workstations and other IT equipment, administer Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory and MS SQL, manage Azure/Microsoft 365, and manage IT hardware and software inventory. Assist in procurement of IT hardware and related administrative matters, and liaise with external vendors to troubleshoot IT issues.

Key responsibilities
