System Engineer

This role is hired under T.K.S. Group, with placement in one of our affiliated companies based on your expertise.

We’re looking for a System Engineer who goes beyond system maintenance someone who enhances reliability, enables automation, and strengthens audit-ready operations to keep our infrastructure modern and resilient.

What you'll be doing

• Design, implement, and maintain servers, systems, and networks for high availability and performance.
• Ensure reliability and security through proactive monitoring, patching, and automation.
• Support external IT audits from customers and ISO certification bodies (ISO 27001, 22301, 20000) ensuring compliance and readiness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents quickly and effectively.
• Document system architecture, configurations, and processes to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
• Stay ahead of new technologies and share your expertise with the team.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in system or infrastructure engineering (candidates with experience or fresh graduates are welcome.)
• Hands-on with Windows / Linux servers, VMware / Hyper-V, and Azure cloud.
• Basic knowledge of networking, backup, and cybersecurity (ISO 27001, ISO 22301, NIST).
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Familiar with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, ELK).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset.
• Good communication in Thai and English, and a passion for learning new tech.
