Job description:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and support GCC’s ERP system, including workflows, users, access rights, modules, reports, and business processes.
• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and coordinate with external ERP developers/consultants where required.
• Work with SQL databases, including querying, data validation, reporting, troubleshooting, and basic database administration.
• Support the implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and related laboratory software.
• Assist with integration between ERP, LIS, laboratory equipment, databases, and other business systems where applicable.
• Analyse system requirements from different departments and translate operational needs into practical technical solutions.
• Configure forms, workflows, fields, reports, dashboards, user permissions, and other system components.
• Identify recurring technical problems and recommend solutions to improve system reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across business systems.
• Support data migration, system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new modules or applications.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting records.
• Liaise with software vendors, ERP consultants, LIS providers, and other technology partners.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal users.
• Assist management in evaluating new software, integrations, and technology solutions.
• Ensure appropriate backup, access control, and basic system security practices are followed.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in ERP, business systems, database management, software implementation, or technical support.
• Practical knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with at least one ERP system such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, ERPNext, or similar.
• Understanding of LIS / Laboratory Information Systems is highly desirable.
• Ability to understand system architecture, workflows, data structures, and integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Good documentation and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month
