What they need
Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers and IT infrastructure.
- Provide on-site technical support and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Handle customer technical support cases through email and messaging platforms.
- Manage and troubleshoot network devices, servers, and related IT systems.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and ensure reliable operation of network and server environments.
Requirements:
- Good logic handling and troubleshooting skill.
- Experience in managing network devices and servers.
- Proactive Personality. Willing to ask, take challenge and look for self-improvement.
- Knowledge of LINUX, Windows desktop, Windows Server and networking.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/ Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Must be able to speak and write fluent English, as well as understand and communicate effectively with clients in Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in similar field.
- Open for Malaysian only.
