System Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, install, configure, and implement infrastructure solutions based on project and operational requirements

• Support and troubleshoot customer environments to resolve system, server, and storage-related issues

• Perform day-to-day preventive maintenance activities to ensure systems remain healthy, stable, and operational

• Monitor system performance and identify potential risks or issues before they impact operations

• Carry out routine health checks, patching, firmware updates, and maintenance activities for supported systems

• Assist in diagnosing and resolving incidents, faults, and service interruptions within customer environments

• Support system testing, validation, and handover activities after implementation or maintenance work

• Prepare and maintain accurate technical documentation, reports, and implementation records

• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with customer requirements, operational procedures, and security guidelines

• Provide onsite support in customer or data centre environments when required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field

• 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience in infrastructure implementation or system support

• Hands-on experience in server and storage environments

• Basic understanding of data centre operations and infrastructure support practices

• Familiarity with network and security concepts will be a plus
