Are you passionate about building AI-powered solutions, automating workflows, and solving complex technical challenges? We are seeking a highly motivated Systems Engineer to help design, implement, and support enterprise AI platforms while maintaining critical IT infrastructure.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Agentic AI, automation, integrations, and enterprise systems engineering . You'll partner with stakeholders, design AI-driven workflows, build integrations, and drive innovation across the organization.

What You'll Do

AI Solutions & Platform Engineering

• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver AI-powered solutions from concept through production deployment.
• Design and implement enterprise workflows, automations, and AI agents.
• Develop and maintain integrations between business platforms and enterprise applications.
• Build scalable, secure, and performant solutions using APIs, automation platforms, and scripting languages.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and vendor teams to improve platform capabilities and user adoption.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

Systems & Infrastructure Support

• Provide advanced L2/L3 support for enterprise systems and services.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, network, server, cloud, and platform issues.
• Serve as an escalation point for technical support teams.
• Improve operational processes and drive automation initiatives across IT operations.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as:
• Systems Engineer
• Solutions Engineer
• Solutions Architect
• Consulting Engineer
• Customer Success Engineer
• Software Engineer
• Forward Deployed Engineer
• Experience designing and delivering workflow automation and enterprise integrations.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• REST APIs
• Python, JavaScript, or Golang
• Automation and integration platforms
• Cloud-based workflows and services
• Experience working directly with stakeholders and gathering business requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently own projects from design through deployment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Enterprise AI platform implementation experience.
• Service management platform experience.
• Workato, AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, or comparable automation technologies.
• IT infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, and systems administration experience.
• Knowledge management or enterprise search platform implementations.
