Job Summary:
Deliver smart building and integrated building solutions and drive digital transformation and operational excellence across complex projects.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct customer workshops to gather, analyse and document business and operational requirements.
• Develop and maintain Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), use cases and functional requirement documents.
• Manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
• Communicate and coordinate requirements effectively with project delivery teams.
• Coordinate overall solution delivery across multiple systems, vendors and stakeholders.
• Manage system integration requirements, interfaces and project dependencies.
• Ensure solution compliance with approved standards, architecture guidelines and project requirements.
• Collaborate with technical governance teams on solution reviews and approvals.
• Act as the main liaison between clients, consultants, project managers, system teams and IT teams.
• Facilitate technical discussions, project coordination meetings and stakeholder engagements.
• Monitor and manage solution-related project risks, issues and action items.
• Support management reporting, project updates and customer presentations.
• Review solution delivery progress and monitor project readiness milestones.
• Oversee integration, testing and acceptance activities to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Escalate issues impacting solution delivery, integration, testing or customer acceptance.
• Support project planning, delivery reviews and project governance activities.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and acceptance processes.
• Review integration testing readiness, defect management status and resolution progress.
• Ensure acceptance criteria are achieved prior to project handover.
• Support operational readiness activities and transition to maintenance and support teams.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Building Services, Building Automation, Information Technology, Computer Science, Mechatronics or a related discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), Smart Building Solutions, System Integration, ACMV Controls, Facilities Management Systems or Digital Building Platforms.
• Good understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS/IBMS), ACMV systems, building services and building automation controls.
• Knowledge of chiller plant operations and energy monitoring systems.
• Familiarity with smart building technologies, including system integration, digital twin concepts, dashboard and analytics platforms, asset management systems and workflow integration.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, APIs and data exchange concepts.
• Knowledge of building communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus or equivalent.
• Awareness of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation and report-writing skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, vendors and project teams effectively.
• Good presentation and project coordination skills.
• Experience in hospital, healthcare, data centre or large-scale projects is an added advantage.
• Experience in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and project commissioning activities is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Chiller Plant Optimisation, Laboratory or Critical Environment Controls, Smart Building Analytics and Energy Management Systems is an added advantage.
