Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Application Tech Support Specialist with strong L1/L2 troubleshooting skills across Windows and MacOS, excellent English communication, and hands-on voice support experience in a BPO/KPO or technical support environment. The ideal candidate should have prior experience supporting accounting/financial applications and a good understanding of the Finance/Accounting domain.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting application, installation/uninstallation, OS, and accounting-related issues
• Identifying and analyzing Windows/Mac logs
• Resolving user-reported technical issues
• Maintaining escalation logs and training documentation
• Coordinating with cross-functional/development teams for complex issues
• Ensuring timely follow-up until resolution

Requirements

• L1/L2 troubleshooting skills across Windows and MacOS
• Voice support experience in a BPO/KPO or technical support environment
• Prior experience supporting accounting/financial applications
• Good understanding of the Finance/Accounting domain
• Comfortable handling US-based users through voice support
• US EST hours from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
