System Engineer

Your tasks

• System engineering in DiGOS satellite laser ranging projects throughout all phases, from design, up to deployment and delivery to the customer.
• Contribute to the technical progress and improvement of DiGOS satellite laser ranging station.
• Support R&D activities
• Activities will include responsibility for subcontracts.
• Follow system engineering processes from requirements, to concept, analysis, design and verification
• Support and participate to reviews with customers and subcontractors
• Contribute to proposals.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with project managers, DiGOS system engineer team, HW and integration team.

Your profile

• Master’s degree in optomechanical engineering, physical optic or a related engineering field.
• 3+ years of experience in system engineering field for multi-disciplinary systems, preferably in the aerospace domain.
• Good technical background in mechanical, electronical or optical engineering. Zemax application capabilities is a plus.
• Knowledge in quality assurance methods
• High motivation for ground/space technologies and applications, System engineering and also mathematical affinity.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
