System Engineer

Role Description The Computer Systems Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Karachi Division. This role involves designing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and networks to support customer and internal operations. Responsibilities include performing system administration tasks, monitoring system performance, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, and implementing security best practices. The Computer Systems Engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to support solution deployment, participates in systems integration projects, and provides technical guidance and documentation. The role also includes coordinating with vendors and clients as needed to ensure stable, secure, and optimized IT environments.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Systems Engineering and Information Technology skills for designing, integrating, and supporting complex IT environments.
• Candidates should possess solid System Administration skills for managing servers, operating systems, and infrastructure components.
• Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Candidates should possess sound Network Security skills for implementing security controls, monitoring risks, and maintaining a secure infrastructure.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Familiarity with enterprise operating systems, virtualization platforms, and networking technologies.
• Ability to document configurations and procedures clearly, and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Prior experience in systems integration, customer-facing IT support, or technology solution deployment is an advantage.
