System Engineer (Implementation & Change Request) (Immediate Available)

·         Provide operation support in Data Centre / IT Operation Centre

·         Perform system change request and make sure the request is implemented in the scheduled timeline

·         Conducting routine system health check; producing performance reports and handle system incident when it happens

·         To inspect, test and troubleshooting for system or servers' issue

·         Follow procedures, instructions and checklists to complete tasks with good quality

·         Ensure all client requests and other ad-hoc duties are processed in an efficient and timely manner

Job Requirement

·         Diploma or above.  IT-related qualification

·         With 3 years above infrastructure operation experience

·         Knowledge of Windows / Linux / Networking will be an advantage

·         Experience in ITIL, Ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow), system change request, incident response and escalation is a plus

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills

·         Immediately available preferred
