System Engineer - Linux or Windows 24/7

Our international IT Hub in Sofia, Bulgaria, is growing, and we are looking for a System Engineer -Linux or Windows 24/7 . You’ll be part of an international team, working in a vibrant environment that encourages the exchange of knowledge and ideas both onsite and offsite.

Your Responsibilities:

• 24/7 Monitoring and administration of the central server infrastructure
• Troubleshooting in the areas of Server hosting, Patching, Backup, as well as basic software (e.g. FTP, IIS, print servers) and network
• Second level support of the central infrastructure for corporate IT and internal business partners in Europe
• Coordination and control of external providers / service providers
• Collaboration with project and application teams to support projects and take over new services into operations

Your Qualifications:

• Completed education as an IT specialist (m/f/d) system integration or completed studies in the IT environment
• Good knowledge of current Microsoft operating systems and a broad basic knowledge of various IT systems
• Experience with one or more of the following areas is an advantage: Monitoring Tools, ServiceNow, Exchange Server, Active Directory, VMWare, Azure, Linux, Commvault
• Good knowledge of ITIL standards
