System Engineer (m/f/d)

You will take on these challenges

• You translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear and actionable system requirements
• You ensure that requirements remain traceable and consistent throughout the entire development lifecycle
• You contribute to the specification, integration, and optimization of complex technical systems
• You collaborate closely with development and testing teams to successfully implement and validate requirements
• You support change management as well as verification and validation activities, helping to ensure the quality and performance of the systems

What you bring to the table

• You have successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a comparable technical field
• You have gained initial hands-on experience in requirements engineering, requirements management, or the development of complex technical systems
• You possess knowledge of Systems Engineering and ideally have first experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
• You are familiar with requirements and system management tools such as DOORS, Polarion, or comparable solutions; experience with MATLAB/Simulink is considered an advantage
• Ideally, you have gained first experience in the Aerospace or Defence industry, or within another complex industrial engineering environment
• You stand out through your analytical mindset, structured way of working, and strong communication skills in both German and English
