System Engineer (Microsoft)

💼Duties and Responsibilities:

In this role you will become a member of technical team to support delivering multiple projects and managed services by leveraging Microsoft Technologies in result-oriented approach with your technical expertise.

Besides technical talent, you may need to proactively support customers by addressing business goals through alignment of technology under challenging circumstances.

·      Prepare Scope of Work (SOW), Test Cases, Known Issues and Limitations for assigned projects and managed services.

·      Respond promptly to customer’s escalated requests (incidents/change/service) and be responsible for diagnostics, escalate, resolve, and closure within SLA.

·      Implementation of enterprise-scale solutions to customer’s production environment with best practices and framework approaches.

·      Configuration, Administration, Maintaining and Troubleshooting for Hybrid Core Infrastructure including Hybrid Identities, Hybrid Exchange including ADDS, ADFS, PKI, System Center, and Windows 10/Servers.

·       Configuration, Administration, Maintaining and Troubleshooting for Modern Work with Microsoft 365 including Office 365, Microsoft 365 Defender, Intune, Microsoft Information Protection and Azure Active Directory.

·      Configuration, Administration, Maintaining and Troubleshooting for Microsoft Azure including Compute, Network, Storage, and related cloud/hybrid cloud Azure services.

·      Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.

·      Passionately and constantly learning to stay up to date in Microsoft technologies.

·      Superb communication skills, strong organizational skills, result-orientation.

·      Possession of Certifications, Badges and Trophies from Microsoft Learn will be considered as advantages.

·      Experience with Hybrid Core Infrastructure (Microsoft), Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure and PowerShell Scripting would be an advantage but not mandatory.
