System Engineer (TPLD)

• In the early stage of the project, based on customer's requirements, provide software and hardware development plans as well as related cost quotations.
• Extract requirements from customer specifications and import them into the engineering development team.
• Analyze and create stakeholder/system requirements and specifications, consider norms, standards and methods, and coordinate the requirements/architecture work among different departments.
• Clarify, analyze and generate system-level requirements (software, electronics, mechanics) and architecture.
• Support the development work of software, testing and other departments, Control the project progress.
• Support customers and production line development and debugging, and assist in analyzing failed parts and identifying the root causes of failure.
• Coordinate and participate in interdisciplinary working groups to develop architectures and solutions for all relevant system areas.
• Track the company's development and quality processes. 职位要求：
• Bachelor's or master's degree, majoring in electronic engineering, automatic Control engineering, etc. More than 3 years of experience in system development for the automotive industry.
• Global project working experience is preferred.
• Experience in automotive development processes (such as ASPICE, ASIL, V model, manufacturing design, etc.) is mandatory.
• Experience in stepper motor, brushless DC motor, and brushed DC motor is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of software development is preferred.
• Familiarity with standards such as ISO 17356, ISO 15765, ISO 26262 and ISO14229 is preferred.
• Good oral communication skills in both Chinese and English is preferred.
• Familiarity with analog and digital hardware circuits, MCU systems, and CAN/LIN physical layers is preferred.
