What they need
Our Client is currently seeking a System Engineer to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and configure servers, computer systems, and virtualization platforms.
- Fix technical issues quickly, find root causes, and prevent future problems.
- Diagnose and troubleshooting hardware/software errors, fix them, and document the solutions.
- Monitor system health, emails, and networks (AD, ADFS, SSO, TCP/IP).
- Support internal applications teams and external clients with system issues.
- Track IT assets and handle assigned ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma (HD) or above in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- 3+ years of IT support experience.
- Experience in supporting traffic management/control or incident management systems is a big advantage.
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM).
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
