What they need
- Melakukan provisioning, instalasi, konfigurasi, administrasi, dan maintenance Microsoft Windows Server versi 2012, 2016, 2019, dan 2022.
- Melakukan hardening dan security configuration pada Windows Server sesuai standar keamanan dan kebutuhan infrastruktur.
- Mengelola Active Directory (AD), termasuk Organizational Unit (OU), User, Group, Computer Object, serta Group Policy Object (GPO).
- Melakukan konfigurasi dan administrasi layanan DNS, DHCP, SMTP, IIS, File Server, Print Server, dan KMS Server.
- Melakukan administrasi dan maintenance Microsoft Exchange Server, termasuk instalasi, konfigurasi, patching, troubleshooting, serta mendukung proses migrasi database Exchange.
- Melakukan patching, upgrade, security update, dan vulnerability remediation pada Windows Server dan Exchange Server.
- Melakukan instalasi dan konfigurasi infrastructure tools yang dibutuhkan untuk mendukung operasional server.
- Mengelola dan melakukan troubleshooting Remote Desktop (RDP), Citrix Server, serta server infrastructure terkait.
- Mengelola lingkungan virtualisasi VMware vSphere/ESXi dan/atau Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Melakukan monitoring terhadap CPU, memory, storage, disk capacity, service availability, dan overall server performance untuk memastikan availability dan reliability sistem.
- Melaksanakan proses backup, restore, disaster recovery, dan business continuity sesuai prosedur yang berlaku.
- Melakukan troubleshooting dan root cause analysis terhadap incident dan problem pada Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, dan layanan infrastruktur terkait.
- Memberikan Level 2/Level 3 technical support untuk incident dan problem management serta memastikan penyelesaian sesuai SLA.
- Membuat dan memelihara dokumentasi konfigurasi server, SOP, operational procedure, serta change management.
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim Network, Security, Database, Application Support, dan IT Infrastructure untuk memastikan stabilitas dan availability lingkungan IT.
