System Engineer/Intune Engineer - Urgent

Role Summary
Responsible for the administration, optimization, and security of the organization's modern workplace environment across Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, and endpoint management platforms. Supports endpoint engineering, identity and access management, application packaging and deployment, endpoint security, and project delivery initiatives in a cloud-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and manage Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) for Windows, iOS, and Android devices.

Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including user lifecycle management, group administration, Conditional Access policies, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Implement and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) policies to ensure endpoint compliance, security, and governance

Configure compliance policies, configuration profiles, device restrictions, and security baselines across managed environments

Package, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications using Intune and PowerShell, including Win32, MSI, and EXE applications

Manage Windows Autopilot provisioning, enrollment, deployment profiles, and device lifecycle management

Design, develop, and maintain Standard Operating Environments (SOE) and endpoint configurations aligned with modern device management practices.

Coordinate application compatibility testing, platform validation, and regression testing for endpoint and SOE updates

Manage endpoint image and SOE release cycles, ensuring successful testing, validation, and controlled production deployment

Support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business

Monitor and maintain endpoint security solutions, including CrowdStrike and Microsoft security controls

Troubleshoot endpoint management, identity, authentication, compliance, and application deployment issues

Support enterprise technology projects, including device rollouts, operating system upgrades, cloud migrations, and workplace modernization initiatives

Coordinate software upgrades, device imaging activities, and maintenance schedules across multiple business locations

Develop and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and operational knowledge articles

Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and business teams to improve service delivery and end-user experience.

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month

Experience:

• PowerShell: 3 years (Preferred)
• Intune: 5 years (Required)
• Conditional Access, compliance, and endpoint security: 5 years (Required)
