About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven System Engineer/Technical Engineer to join our Technical expansion team in North Luzon & South Luzon on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be the vital link between Gakken Philippines Inc. and our customers, responsible for Preventive Maintenance Services and generating revenue through the sale of our products and services. This position is strategic to our business growth and offers you the opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients whilst driving business development. You will work independently in the field, managing your territory and representing our product with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key responsibilities

1. Conduct thorough and efficient PMS within your assigned area.
2. Assists in product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, including schools, educational institutions, government & private corporation and retail partners
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
4. Prepare and submit accurate technical reports, and documentation in a timely manner
5. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
6. Provide exceptional after-sales service and support to address client enquiries and concerns
7. Collaborate with the sales, marketing and product management teams to understand and communicate product features and benefits effectively

What we're looking for

1. Efficiency and Proficiency in machines and technicalities.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
3. Excellent negotiation and closing skills with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
4. Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently in the field
5. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field visits. With motorcycle/vehicle is an advantage
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM systems
7. Bachelor's degree in Engineer or any Engineering-related field.
8. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing business priorities
