System Implementation Consultant

Position Summary

The System Implementation Consultant supports the end-to-end implementation of SpinifexIT's cloud-based solution for customers. The role involves understanding customer system requirements, building and configuring solution modules, performing unit testing and peer reviews, and analyzing and resolving issues identified during user acceptance testing. The Consultant also supports migration and cutover activities, documents delivered solutions, and reports on the status of assigned deliverables.

While technical implementation skills are important, we are primarily looking for someone with end-to-end system implementation experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a willingness to learn the SpinifexIT solution and Strato's internal delivery processes.

The ideal candidate has experience delivering cloud-based HR applications from requirements through go-live. Because the SpinifexIT solution is integrated with SAP SuccessFactors, prior exposure to SuccessFactors is preferred.

Main Responsibilities

1. Requirements and Solution Configuration

• Participate in customer requirements discussions on SpinifexIT's cloud-based solution.
• Build and configure SpinifexIT's cloud-based solution modules and functionalities, following established configuration and quality procedures.
• Conduct unit testing of configured solutions prior to handover for review or customer testing.

2. Quality Assurance and Demonstrations

• Conduct peer review of configurations completed by other Consultants.
• Conduct system demonstrations or playback sessions of built solutions for customers.

3. Issue Resolution and UAT Support

• Support issue resolution during project User Acceptance Testing by investigating issues raised, adjusting configurations as needed, and testing solutions.
• Create and monitor support tickets for identified bugs through to resolution.

4. Migration and Cutover

• Migrate configured items across customer system environments.
• Support Production cutover activities to ensure a smooth transition to go-live.

5. Training and Documentation

• Conduct user training on implemented solutions.
• Document the solutions built for the project, including configuration and process documentation.

6. Reporting and Stakeholder Communication

• Provide regular reporting on deliverables status and progress.
• Attend project meetings and communicate updates clearly to project stakeholders.
• Escalate issues and risks to project Leads in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Experience

System Implementation Experience

• Experience in SuccessFactors implementation, or strong End User experience with SuccessFactors.
• At least 2 years of experience in HCM system implementation projects, with involvement in requirements gathering, system configuration, unit testing, issue resolution, documentation, cutover activities, and customer communications.
• Experience with Human Resources systems and processes.
• Experience in cloud-based or web-based solution testing, or relevant End User experience.

• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and project stakeholders across different backgrounds and time zones.
• Professional and collaborative communication style in customer-facing and internal interactions.

• Ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate configuration solutions.
• Skilled in using Excel and other office applications to support analysis and documentation.

• Strong sense of responsibility and urgency; resourceful and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Passion for delivering high-quality work within set timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• The following experience and knowledge are advantageous but not mandatory:
• Experience using JIRA, Odoo, or similar project and issue-tracking tools.
• Deep SuccessFactors expertise is a plus, but it is not a requirement for this position. We value candidates who demonstrate strong system implementation capabilities, effective communication, problem-solving skills, and a genuine willingness to learn the SpinifexIT solution and Strato's delivery processes.

Pay: Php110,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month
