Job Description :

• Design, develop, and maintain IoT systems and applications to support Smart Factory initiatives.
• Integrate IoT devices, sensors, and controllers with production equipment and factory systems.
• Develop software solutions (web, mobile, or desktop) to collect, process, and visualize manufacturing data.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and IT teams to implement automation and digital transformation projects.
• Ensure reliable connectivity and data flow between IoT devices, PLCs, and central servers.
• Analyze machine and process data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and predictive maintenance.
• Support the implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and ERP integration.
• Apply cybersecurity best practices to protect IoT devices and industrial networks.
• Troubleshoot, test, and document IoT and software systems to ensure stable operation.
• Research and adopt new technologies to continuously improve Smart Factory capabilities.

Qualifications :

• Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Engineerin
• Majors: IT, Electronics, Mechatronics
• Experience: Fresh Graduate with exposure to factory operations
• English Proficiency: Fair
• Computer Skills: Proficient
• Technical Skills:
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic database management and SQL programming
  • Internet & Network fundamentals
  • Basic data analysis
• Necessary Competency
  • Basic knowledge of Smart Factory and IoT (from classes or student projects)
  • Can check and analyze simple machine/process data (using Excel or similar)
  • Can write simple code (Python or C, or other scripting)
  • Has seen or used PLC, MES/ERP, or a database (school or internship)
  • Knows basic cybersecurity rules for computers and factory networks
  • Can find causes of problems and give a simple example from study or work
  • Works well in a team and can communicate in English (fair)
  • Eager to learn and use new tools and technologies for Smart Factory
