System Infrastructure & Cloud Solution Architect

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced System Infrastructure & Cloud Solution Architect to design, implement, manage, and support enterprise infrastructure and cloud environments. The role requires strong hands-on expertise across Microsoft infrastructure, Azure, AWS, hybrid cloud, virtualization, identity and access management, and Microsoft 365.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, security, and reliability of infrastructure services while supporting cloud transformation, migration, and day-to-day operations.

This is a dedicated onsite role during business hours, with participation in an on-call support rotation after business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, administer, and maintain enterprise Microsoft infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Manage and support Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Administer Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS), including users, groups, organizational units, domain controllers, and related services.
• Design and manage Group Policy and ensure appropriate security and configuration standards.
• Manage core infrastructure services including DNS, DHCP, DFS, and related Windows services.
• Administer and support SCCM/MECM for endpoint management, software deployment, patching, and configuration.
• Manage Microsoft Exchange Server and Exchange Online environments.
• Implement and manage Microsoft PKI and certificate services.
• Administer Microsoft 365, including tenant configuration, security, identity, and user services.
• Manage Microsoft Intune for device management, compliance, configuration, and application deployment.
• Design and manage Azure Identity and Access Management, including Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID.
• Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO) and identity integration across enterprise applications.
• Design, implement, and support Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud environments.
• Develop and support hybrid cloud architectures, integrating on-premises infrastructure with cloud platforms.
• Provide technical support for cloud migration and infrastructure transformation initiatives.
• Administer Hyper-V and enterprise server virtualization environments.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, capacity, availability, and overall system health.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, cloud, identity, networking, and system-related incidents.
• Participate in incident and problem management, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain accurate infrastructure architecture, configuration, operational, and support documentation.
• Work closely with internal IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and deliver infrastructure projects.
• Ensure infrastructure environments follow appropriate security, availability, backup, disaster recovery, and operational standards.
• Provide onsite technical support during business hours and participate in after-hours on-call support as required.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in infrastructure, systems administration, cloud engineering, or solution architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft enterprise infrastructure.
• Practical experience managing Azure and AWS environments.
• Experience working with hybrid cloud environments and supporting cloud migration projects.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple infrastructure priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to work onsite during business hours and provide after-hours on-call support when required.

Mandatory Certifications – Preferred Match

The candidate should be comfortable working across both project delivery and operational support, with the ability to diagnose complex infrastructure issues, recommend technical solutions, and ensure stable and secure enterprise IT environments.
