Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle-level and HIL integration testing under nominal and off-nominal conditions.
• Analyze test data, identify system integration risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on mitigation plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve system behavior, controls, and diagnostic monitoring.
• Drive resolution of complex integration issues discovered during vehicle testing and fleet operations.
• Create and maintain test and issue-tracking documentation using tools such as JIRA and Confluence; collaborate across engineering teams to ensure reliable vehicle system performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, with 6–8 years of experience in vehicle systems development, integration, and testing.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle electrical/electronic architectures and automotive communication protocols, including CAN, LIN, and Ethernet.
• Experience with instrumentation and data acquisition tools such as Vector CANalyzer, ETAS INCA, Intrepid, CSM, or similar platforms.
• Hands-on electrical troubleshooting experience using digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, electrical schematics, logic analyzers, and related tools.
• Strong system-level troubleshooting, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills; experience with embedded control systems, xIL/HIL testing, or Grafana is preferred.
