System Integration And Test Engineer, Electronics

We’re representing a venture-backed advanced hardware company developing a next-generation power system for reliable, resilient energy in demanding environments.

They’re looking to build out their Integration & Test Engineering team responsible for testing infrastructure and integrating complex electrical systems from prototype through validation and commissioning. All seniorities are encouraged to apply (senior through management).

Requirements:

• 8+ years in electrical engineering, systems integration, hardware test, or related field
• Building HIL/HITL, DAQ, testbeds, or custom test infrastructure from the ground up
• NI PXI, LabVIEW, TestStand, or similar platforms
• Electrical hardware bring-up, integration, debugging, and root-cause analysis
• Developing automated test frameworks using Python, C++, C#, LabVIEW, or similar
• Writing and executing system integration, validation, qualification, and commissioning procedures
• Integrating sensors, actuators, embedded electronics, power systems, and software
• Working cross-functionally across electrical, controls, embedded, software, mechanical, and systems engineering

Nice to have:

• dSPACE, Speedgoat, VeriStand, OPAL-RT, Typhoon HIL, or real-time simulation experience
• Aerospace, defense, automotive, energy, nuclear, medical, or other high-reliability background
• FPGA-based test systems or controls experience
• Experience taking test infrastructure from initial architecture through commissioning
