System Integration Engineer

The Role:

• Lead the planning and coordination of system integration activities across multiple technology platforms.
• Develop integration strategies, implementation plans, and schedules to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct system testing, validation, and performance assessments to verify operational readiness.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support end-to-end integration efforts.
• Monitor project risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans to maintain project timelines.
• Analyse system performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and project records.
• Support the deployment and transition of systems into operations.
• Ensure integration activities comply with relevant technical standards and project requirements.
• Facilitate discussions and workshops with stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables.

What Are We Looking For?

• Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in system engineering, system integration, or a related technical role.
• Experience managing or supporting complex technology implementation projects.
• Good understanding of system development lifecycles and integration methodologies.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in preparing technical documentation and project reports.
• Familiarity with large-scale or mission-critical systems will be an advantage.
