System Integrator Programmer

About the role

Join our dynamic team at Fartech Engineering Pte Ltd as a System Integrator Programmer. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for integrating complex industrial systems and automating processes to drive efficiency and productivity. Based in the Kaki Bukit East Region, you will be a crucial part of our Engineering department, contributing to the strategic goals of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement custom software solutions to integrate various industrial systems and technologies
• Automate manufacturing and production workflows to optimise efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Troubleshoot and maintain existing control systems and programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Document processes, create user manuals, and provide training to operational teams
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve systems and processes

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in system integration, automation, or industrial programming
• Proficient in PLC programming languages such as Beckhoff Twincat OOP & Omron Sysmac Programming.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems & communication protocols
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience in project management and working in a collaborative team environment
