System Inventory and Control Auditor

Education:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Has a knowledge in Inventory control and management.
• Capable of using Warehouse Management System (e.g. SAP / Oracle)
• Communicates clearly and effectively

Responsibilities:

• Validates documents intended for inventory control as to accuracy and completeness and informs immediate superior in case of discrepancy.
• Maintains complete and accurate daily records on all transactions.
• Prepare and submit audit reports with findings, observations, and actions.
• Coordinate with inventory, warehouse and system teams for follow-up on audit issues.
• Provide feedback to improve inventory accuracy, process controls, and system usage.
• Secures and maintains proper filing and monitoring of the following:
• IRA
• Customer Inventory
• Coordinates with concerned department in scheduling of inventory taking as requested by clients.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing inventory data and required documentation.
• Participates in inventory taking, analysis and reconciliation.
• Performs delegated audit function as advised.
• Prepares exception report as the need arises.
• Works hand in hand with employees to maintain an accurate inventory records.
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior that is related to core function.
