■Position name : System Lead Engineer

Act as the technical leader for automotive product development, creating and maintaining feature-based technical maturity. Serve as the primary customer contact, guiding projects from acquisition to mass production while ensuring system integration.

■Job Responsibilities

・Lead end-to-end system development and hardware/software integration.

・Serve as the primary technical interface for enterprise automotive clients.

・Ensure product technical maturity successfully meets target benchmarks.

・Design systems optimized for high quality, efficient manufacturing, and cost.

・Identify and mitigate technical risks, changes, and project challenges.

・Collaborate closely with cross-functional global core R&D engineering teams.

■Requirements

・5+ years of experience within automotive OEM or Tier-1 environment.

・Track record of managing 3+ display or interior components projects.

・Business-level English proficiency with strong technical negotiation skills.

■Preferred Skills

・Experience in system development for Japanese automotive OEMs.

・Working knowledge of ASPICE (ISO/IEC 15504) standards.

・Practical experience with Functional Safety (ISO 26262).

・Knowledge of Automotive Cyber Security (ISO/SAE 21434).

■Expected Annual Salary

10 Million JPY - 12 Million JPY
