System Management Integrator

About the role

You will design, enforce, and improve the systems that run the organization. This role ensures that how we work is not random, but structured, repeatable, and scalable. You will make sure all systems are clear, used correctly, and scalable, even without constant supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Define and standardize workflows across teams
• Ensure all systems are documented, structured, and aligned
• Block or remove non-compliant or duplicate systems
• Make sure all system changes follow proper approval and governance
• Ensure tools and workflows connect end-to-end (no silos)
• Maintain clear documentation and version control
• Ensure teams actually use the systems as designed
• Identify recurring issues and solve them at the system level
• Improve system structure continuously

About you

• Graduate of Business, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in systems management, operations, process improvement, or governance-related roles
• Strong understanding of system frameworks, workflows, and governance standards
• Experience in process documentation, SOP development, and cross-team coordination
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Able to translate operational issues into structured system improvements
• Clear communicator who can align different teams and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Thinks in systems, not just tasks
• Values structure over convenience
