System Management Supervisor

Basic Qualifications

You don’t need to be perfect, but here are the basics we’re looking for:

• Graduate of Business, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in systems management, operations, process improvement, or governance-related roles
• Strong understanding of system frameworks, workflows, and governance standards
• Experience in process documentation, SOP development, and cross-team coordination
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Able to translate operational issues into structured system improvements
• Clear communicator who can align different teams and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

What you’ll be doing

You will design, enforce, and improve the systems that run the organization.

In simple terms, you will:

• Define and standardize workflows across teams
• Ensure all systems are documented, structured, and aligned
• Block or remove non-compliant or duplicate systems
• Make sure all system changes follow proper approval and governance
• Ensure tools and workflows connect end-to-end (no silos)
• Maintain clear documentation and version control
• Ensure teams actually use the systems as designed
• Identify recurring issues and solve them at the system level
• Improve system structure continuously

Your goal is simple: Make sure all systems are clear, used correctly, and scalable, even without constant supervision.

This role requires strong structure, discipline, and the ability to enforce standards consistently,  non-compliant systems are expected to be blocked, not tolerated.
