SYSTEM MANAGER

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced System Manager to oversee and monitor company systems and system-related projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects, monitoring progress and implementation, and ensuring that system-related activities are completed properly and on schedule.

This is an office-based position focused mainly on system management and system project monitoring, rather than construction or field work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor company systems and system-related projects.
• Oversee the progress and implementation of system projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams and other stakeholders regarding system requirements and project concerns.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and overall progress.
• Identify system and project-related issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Assist in improving and developing system processes when needed.
• Ensure that system projects are implemented according to requirements and timelines.
• Prepare project updates and reports for management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or other related Engineering courses.
• With at least 5 years of relevant experience in system management, system projects, project coordination, or related fields.
• Experienced in managing, monitoring, and coordinating system projects.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Willing to work in an office-based environment.

Compensation: Salary is open for negotiation and will depend on the applicant’s experience and qualifications

Work Location: Quezon City, Malaya St. Banawe

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
